How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at admin@sarahsbusybee.comwith:
Once approved, we’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid USPS shipping label. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, affix the label, and drop it off at any USPS location. We cover return shipping for approved requests.
Processing Time
After we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 14 days for processing. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange is complete.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at admin@sarahsbusybee.com so we can arrange a refund or replacement.
