Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with the purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached.
To return an item please e-mail customer service at admin@sarahsbusybee.com with a written explanation of item issue(s), picture of product as is, and if you would like to receive an exchange or store credit. Once your email is received and approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping label. After receiving an RMA number and label, place the item securely in its original package with shipping label visible and deliver it to any USPS office. Sarah’s Busy Bees will pay for all approve return shipping.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item we will process your return or exchange please allow for at least 14 days of the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange we will notify you by e-mail when your return has been processed. For defective or damaged products please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Person Pickup - In-person pickup is available for any online purchase. Pickups are available any day of the week from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Pick-up orders will be bagged and labeled for a front porch pickup. Security cameras with 24-hour monitoring are set up on the premises for your and your order’s safety. Specifically scheduled evening times are always best.
